When I receive money this way, my payment processor (PayPal) charges me a 30 cent processing fee and 2.9% of the total amount of money received. For example, it costs me $1.60 for every $50 worth of payments I accept. Very reasonable IMO and the convenience is well worth it. Ask me how to get started with a PayPal account!
